How it works
- Tell us the decision. Two minutes: what you’re deciding, your city, roughly what’s involved. No documents, no CIBIL check, nothing pulled.
- We match you. We connect you with a planner suited to your situation. Every planner we work with is verified against the SEBI register before they’re listed — you’ll see their registration number, not just a badge. We’re onboarding our first planners now, so early matches are made personally by us.
- You talk directly. First conversation is with the planner, on their terms and fees — stated upfront, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Why fee-only matters
Most “free” financial advice in India is paid for by commissions — the adviser earns when you buy a regular mutual fund, a ULIP, an insurance policy. That’s not advice; that’s distribution. Fee-only planners charge you a transparent fee and earn nothing from product companies. It’s the cleanest incentive structure that exists in this industry, and it’s the only kind of planner we match.
Our role, plainly
- AtFinance is not an investment adviser and does not give personalized financial advice. Our calculators are self-serve tools; our guides are general information.
- We connect you with independent, SEBI-registered investment advisers. The advice, the engagement, and the fees are between you and them.
- If a planner pays us a flat referral fee for introductions, we’ll say so on this page. The fee never depends on what you invest in, and never comes out of your pocket.
- We never sell your contact details. Your intake goes to the matched planner and no one else.
